SOLUTION
Fangoria is a magazine for fans of the horror genre. To suit the serious theme, a dark color palette and bold typefaces were selected in the redesign. By using full bleeds and images that can sink into the background, the pages become the setting for a photo rather than the frame around it. The mix of border-less images, deep spaces, and flesh-and-blood colors creates an appropriate atmosphere for the content of the articles.
